Google is indexing my site very slow

Hi all,
Since my website is online form about 6-7 months and it has around 45 pages. But Google just indexed 26 pages yet also not page rank is still provided. I dont know why. Also my site is getting good amount of traffic. Can any one help me that how to make Google indexed my page and get Google PR.

this is going to every users now i days i think because i have seen many posts related to this, my website PR was 3 and one month ago i change my niche and from that time i lost my PR and when i check it it says N/A and i have submitted my new site map but all in vain it is still showing old links.

 

if you don't update your website frequently, google will index your website slowly

 

Exactly, I have 1 site in particular that took about a month for Google to hit again. It's never updated and all static content.

 

I realize that Google will index my site quicker if I udate frequently, but can this be harmful if I add too many pages too quickly to my site?

 

update daily so that your site will index fast

 

I have a forum with more than 6000 posts and google just have indexed 12 pages .. !!!??? this forum has more than one year alive .. i constantly see the google bot crawling but that don't seem to appear on the google/webmastertool stats..

 

It is possible that your forum has not search engine friendly URLs.

 

make sure that your unique url of the page is promoted......

 

Update reguraly,ping and link building

 

find site:zozoclip.com in Google.com and you see a lot of link is indexed. My secret is using submit sitemap and feedburner of Google. one month Google can index 1000 url,
