Google is going to shut down AdSense Arbitrageurs

Arbitrage and AdSense has been an issue basically since the day Google launched AdSense. Arbitrageurs would use Google AdWords and other means to send traffic to their site, and monetize that traffic with Google AdSense. Well, it seems that those made for Adsense sites and AdSense arbitrageurs are being shut down.

See a short review here and the full coverage here.

    This will get huge.

Search for free medical clinic on google

    you get an advertiser
    medicine-zone.net

if there is any thing they want to do this site should have gone.

But they are milking money like no tomorrow.

See the url you get they have a page for every key word you can think of on google AdWords and they use AdSense to make money.

Google get their share from both ends.
I don't think they will discontinue this busniness.

Big Brother will get bigger brother

PM me when this site is taken off AdSense and I will agreee that I am wrong.

    Thanks

The page in your signature link contains above the fold: a header graphic, Google Adsense link, a single sentence of content, one sentence requesting a link exchange, a sign up for a newsletter, a large Google Adsense rectangle on the upper left, a large Google Adsense rectangle on the upper right, an RSS link, and a Google (Adsense) search box. So what viewers see when they land on the page is 4 Adsense spaces, 3 ways to come back to these ads, a graphic and one sentence of content.

With all due respect, is this not MFA? I am just asking.

Promoting your website and having ATF ads is known as MFA? did you bother to look at the content? Subscribers numbers? Page rank?

If they do this properly, then it sounds like a good thing for AdSense publishers

Of course I looked at the content but virtually none of it occurs in the visible area of the landing page. The content is a re-write of the set up instructions and some comments and it's on a topic known to be a good pay out from Adsense.

    Excellent stuff from Shoe. Summary:
    Arbitrage = Good
    Content free MFA = Bad
I asked a Director from Google Advertising Sales about arbitrage last year at a University of California event and she said there was no problem with it. She said they advertise to get traffic and sell advertising on their sites.

Your student loans page has two big blocks of ads above the fold, below the fold you have some content you got from a free articles site. So it's ads and no original content. If this isn't MFA show me something that is.:mad:

It's funny how many of the posters that are saying "great, down with MFA" have signature links that go to sites that look like MFA, smell like MFA and quack like MFA.

Maybe we'll get rid of the mfa sites, i think this is a good thing.
And for the guy who is checking the signatures links, my signatures space is rented to someone so the links are not mine, do not bother to leave me a message criticizing the sites.

Yes I do support google for that one as this will attract more advertisers and they will complete for higher paying keyword for which we - the good publishers - will get good money ....

I wrote a short article on Google goes after MFA Websites with AdSense Arbitrage for SEO News Blog few days ago. Check it out if you want ..

    Cheers,

    Venetsian.
