What kind of warning are you getting?

A sitemap warning? Or site not verified kind of thing?

Click on the warning and they'll explain what the warning is about. :)

Strange.. anyway, I don't think it's something to worry about if you didn't make any changes. I usually get warnings when my site is taking too long to load but that usually fixes on its own. Why don't you wait it out a day or two, maybe the warning will disappear? :)

Just check the page and check if the warning is about the sitemap.

    Not at all :)
Just an error with your sitemap. It's normal, happens all the time.
You could try removing your sitemap and uploading an updated one if you're concerned. These warnings are usually related to Google crawling your site. I think I read somewhere that if it's a serious issue they'll contact you through Webmaster Tools messages (I could be wrong though). :)

Wow.. I think it's better to contact your host in a situation like that, maybe they have ways to detect and get rid of it. Don't let go of your backed up database though. :)

How the virus entered to your server ? .. what about the file permission on your server , 777 access to your files may cause serious risk of errors and sometime it may get virus ...

It's a sitemap error, just remove the old one then create and upload a new one... and you will be fine.
However once you see an error in the WMT click on it for more info ;)

sounds like a technical glitch with your site map rather than google looking to ban your site.
