Hi Guys I was banned form google because they say I have copyright stuff on my forum... (which I dont) Buy can you please tell me what these sites have
www.realestniggas.com, and www.aftermathmusic.info ?They all share copyright music and still use google adsense...

Why google is not banning their account? that shows google is not fair to every body. They do discrimination b/w high and low trafficsites...

Are you sure that you are banned? I can still see adsense in your website..
When I was banned I didn't have any adsense in my website...

From your first post it is confusing if the sites you link to are the ones you own, or the ones you are referring to that still have their AdSense. From what I gathered though, it seems as if those are the sites you are referring to that have (in your opinion) objectionable material, yet they maintain an AdSense presence.

AdSense is not a democracy, and it's not a right. Google can and will revoke your privilege if they feel you are violating their TOS.

Whenever I have a question about something I am unsure about, I email them directly. They ALWAYS respond to me with an informal (yet informative) personalized response that clears up my question right away. I am not special, nor do I do an immense amount of revenue. I'm not being treated any different than you would if you simply asked them.

Though I suppose this advice is too little too late. Here's to hoping you can get a YPN account. You can find invites on these forums for $20USD.

If there really is no copyrighted content on your forum I would simply mail and tell them. Normaly they let you back in the program in such cases.

And if there is copyrighted content I'd remove it and try the same.

Are you talking about paying $20 to get a YPN account? If so, I wouldn't pay them anything to invite me to try and make a little cash. That sounds like natural Scam that we read so much about.

I went over a month without a reply from YPN with no luck. Bought an invite for $20 from someone on these forums, and was in YPN inside 10 minutes. It was worth it for me, but I agree; people should watch out for scams.

I don't see any discrimination...You broke the TOS, you were banned. It doesn't matter if other people are "getting away with it"

For all you know the sites in question are already flagged and will be banned when they are due to receive their first check (which is usually when it happens)

    Worry about your own sites

Sorry, Google does not ban unless you have infringed the rule of law that governs adsense.
