My site for last Week has been very eradict, Jumping all over some days. I'll rank for keywords, the next my site is deindexed. I can tell from looking at search terms in my Refferers. What the hell is going on
Same here. One of my sites received 20x more visitors then usual for a couple of days and then almost disappeared from the serps.
Same here. Things are only getting better for one of my sites. From not being indexed at all it jumped to page 7. Not much but at least its indexed.
I've seen fluctuations for one of my bigger sites, but it has stayed on the front page for my main keywords. I've also had an increase in indexed pages and drop in backlinks.
it already happen to my site since last month, i regularly check my site for my main keyword and quite surprising my site jumping every day.
Yes, I am seeing the same thing here but only with one of my websites. It is on page 1 of search results for awhile then it is no where to be found - then suddenly back on page 1 again. What I think is odd about it is it is only happening to one of my sites. It is obvious that this isnt happening to all sites - because I have several that have been unaffected.
Same thing happening here. A couple of my sites are affected by this while others are not. Very weird.
Why is it the competition never waivers ranking page 1 number 1 continually. When I have found irrelevant links for their page through out their linking campaigns?
my serp has dropped too and my backlinks has increased. there is only drop on serp and backlinks goes up
For the 4 or 5 main keyword phrases that I follow, SERPs have been 'rotating' for the at least the past 6 weeks. The top 10 sites pretty much remain in the top 10, but the order changes drastically. The number 5 site can move up to #2 or down to #9. The others move just as drastically. I don't normally look beyond page 1, so I'm not sure if sites on other pages are doing the same. My theory is that G is rotating sites and analyzing click throughs as a measure of quality. For example, if the #2 site drops to #5 it should get a specific percentage of the CTR (roughly). But if it gets more than its share at number 5, it probably deserves the #2 position. If it gets less, maybe it should fall to #7. I know that "SERPs are changing all the time". It has been said a thousand times over. But, SERPs never used to change 2 or 3 times a day. Even as far back as only a couple of months ago, they changed every few days unless we were in the midst of an major data refresh. /*tom*/
The SERP for one particular site of mine is not changing. Whenever Google is showing it in the results it is on the first page. But every so often it completely disappears from the results for several days only to pop right back up on page 1. I have been watching this go back and forth for maybe a month now. Oh and the site is over a year old with a PR3 and many backlinks.
