I went from 41,000 pages, most supplemental to 11,200 pages most of them supplemental to but hey, it's a change. What IS better, I THINK, is that the cached pages are no longer from August last year. They are from February and March this year, so I guess we are getting closer to being fresh, right???????
I'm seeing cache dates from late May. Now... the supplemental index operates independent of BD and has it's own spiders. It will be interesting to see whether or not pages start to migrate over to the RI or not. Dave
It looked good there for a while but it seems to have gone back to the old s**t Even the site command seems screwed up. On a couple of sites when I check at McDar then the site doesn't even show up and that almost gave me a heart attack but when I used the IP address and just searched for domain.com it showed up PHEWWWWwww
On some domains I get a few hundred more results if I add www. after site: site:www.world-of-nintendo.com - 401 results. vs site:world-of-nintendo.com - 238 results. Though still nothing compaired to in the datacenters, 19,600 results.
Yes. I am seeing a lot more pages inedexed. But one of my very strong keyword site dropped from number 2 to number 5. Time to work hard again.
I'm getting totally funky results for site and link commands. depends if I use a space or a no "www" etc. Varies from 71 links through to 944. lol Pages indexed have gone up about 5000 also. After recent Google updates, I'm not getting my hopes up for anything right now.
Thats nothing to do with google, your site probably has two versions, a www version and a non-www version. Also the link:www.site.com command doesn't work if you miss out the space.
F***ing Google. I just checked several sites and almost all of them have lost pages again!!! My biggest site is completely gone. Not even the homepage is indexed anymore. I'm not doing anything blackhat on any of these sites!!
Using the McDar tool (which unfortunately keeps timing out on me), as of yesterday evening I see the newer results on a bit less than half the datacenters.
I see a significant jump in the site: query, went from 600 pages indexed to 24.800! But no big SERP changes for me.
