Good point JC007, Google know people will come to them as they are the most predominant search engine.

they have to protect the integrity of the program....click fraud is a big problem and as an adwords advertiser I fully understand this. I understand that their is some collateral damage but most of the people that got banned actually deserve it.

I seriously doubt that shareholders are sitting around their computers looking for ads to click on to drive up the price per share.

Most people with the money to invest in the share price of Google have better things to do with their time and make more per hour than they could possibly hope to generate by clicking ads.

You don't step over a dollar to pick up a dime.

And if Adsense went away tommorrow - and it could. There would still be plenty of advertisers VERY HAPPY to have their ads appear ONLY on Google Search.

In fact there is no reason why Google doesn't kill many Adsense accounts and convert them over to an entirely different model where you don't even get a percentage of the clicks - you get a percentage of the performance of the click.

Changes are coming that's for sure.

They don't owe publishers anything. Publishers choose to participate and they choose to be part of a program that doesn't even publish the payout.

Haha you have to love it when people clearly trying to cheat adsense get banned then come here to complain about it. Suck it up fellas. As far as I can see, the Adsense team is doing its job properly.

I must say I'm agree with. Those who got banned actually deserve it (mostly).
