google is cheating me

    Hello I asked a friend of mine to make a google adsense account through my refer.. He made that account but in my account I can't see he signed up through my refer.. And I must be credited with 250$ when he will make 100$..
    so whats your opinion?

    lol It can't be.. I do not think they know what I spoke with him :)) they do not know I am sure of that.. But why why why I can't see he signed up X(
