I can not access to my webmaster Tools, there is a note saying

"Once you verify that you're the site owner, we can provide you with comprehensive statistics and error information about the pages in your site. If you're unable to verify, you can still use the webmaster tools, submit Sitemaps, and see detailed information about those Sitemaps as well as basic information about your site. [?]

We offer two methods of verification. You can either upload an HTML file with a name we specify, or you can add a meta tag to your site's index file. Choose your preferred method below. [?]"

what you guys think it is from I never had this problem

    thanks

Why don't you upload the files to your site's public_html folder?

Nothing unusual here. It is true, if you use sitemaps, google must verify you are the owner of the site.

I added the meta tag to my sites index page, got immediate notice that my site was verified, then I removed the tag. It took 2 minutes. Not a big deal.

I've had the same problem, even if I've uploaded the html file to my website root directory.

Seems that if you log in in your Webmaster Tools account once in a month you have to verify your site(s).

    This happen to me :)

You must verify that you own the site. That's all it is. From time to time Google asked me to reverify mine. Just upload an html file of add the metatag to your header.

And you'll also find that not too far down the road you will have to validate it again since you removed the tag.

why would you remove it to begin with? that makes no sense.

I've done it with blogger, no problems. It's exactly the same as for a normal site. Though you would have thought they could built webmaster tools into the blogger dashboard.
