I'm not sure of your question?

Are you saying that your clicks are costin $5? I'd link to your landing page (as close to the page where the customer can order as is possible)? Is that the question?

Min bid is not about competition, but is about Quality Score:

Write relevant ads and be sure to have relevant landing page as well.

    Interesting.

    From that blog:

"How can you lower your minimum bid? The short answer is to improve your Quality Score by optimizing your ads."

The link "optimizing your ads" leads to a blank page.

the thing about the high min bid... IME you can still leave your bid small (ie: 10c or whatever) and their content network will still show your ads. I have one campaign with 199 of 200 keywords requiring a min bid of $0.30 that I am not prepared to pay; I still get 100 or so visitors daily for $0.13 each.

if you arent happy, shop around.

You might not get the quality of traffic from other networks tho.
