    This is quite old, and works a charm in my school, although doesn't work with instant messengers... :)

    I'm sure there was another google feature that let you browse a website if it was blocked... Can't remember Though....

    Sorry about that...racism sucks.

    It works with two different languages in the language pair (langpair=) - even though your ip is still transparent - but I'm pretty sure they know that you're trying to use is as a proxy and disabled the feature if you are using the same two languages. It used to work. However whatismyip.org may have been able to tell all along...it just depends what variables they are checking. Don't know on that one.
