Still, this does not mean that Google cant ban you anytime the want. Also, even with the new system there is no way you can really verify that the amount deducted because of clickfraud really is a result from clickfraud.
first move we have to defend ourselves in case accused for click fraud. who knows one day you get accused for that. If you dont do that, you have to use some software to track your ads clicks such as adlogger.
What does this do for me as a publisher? Nothing. Say I get an "invoice" which says that Google didn't pay me for X dollars of fraudulent clicks. So? If they don't tell me anything about which clicks from where and when and on what ads were fraudulent, it doesn't help me one hill of beans except that I now know there are fraudulent clicks being done on my site. Which I can assume anyway. Not fraudulent with respect to anyone trying to defraud but probably more like accidental double-clicks etc.
I think that....google and advertisers and publishers must come with a new way of selling and promoting ads. I doubt if this helps in total
