    How much time Google takes ti index a new written page over a blog/Site.And how much time does it take to cache inbound links for a particular blog.

    It can take a few weeks. But it depends on a lot of factors such as backlinking, article writing, social submitting, etc. etc.

    My blog index within 0 seconds after publish the post. I don't know why but it happens. So, I think it totally depends on your site popularity and frequency of Google Crawler.

    It depend on the way you go about it. It can be index within 3-5 days, if you get good links to the page from Google authority site.

    on my site with pr2 it takes 2mins for new pages to get indexed

    it all depends on the kind of content you offer to the web as if the content based on hot topic there are chances that the blog gets cached and indexed really fast
