    I would focus on backlinks to your main page, it seems to provide a lot of link/info to other pages.

    Also get backlinks. Its pretty simple really.

    It can't be confirmed to have all pages indexed . Use some bookmarking techniques and place your links at the place where a lot of people are gathered.

    You need to get good and related backlink to all the pages, and submit site to Google if you have not do so.

    You don't need submit your url to google or other SE, all that you need build backlinks, I never submit to SE but the first is build back links.

    Try using a service like directorymaximizer they will submit you site at 14 cents a directory.

    Is it simple to exchange link with blog that having higher PR than us? What I knew is,in DP we need to buy links from the higher PR. Is it effective exchange links with the same level PR?
