    Indexing is faster then ever props to Google but everyone is getting indexed sooner so it sorta evens things out. Seems to take longer to get good positions though. Old is still gold.

    I think it also depends on how often you update your pages. We've started updating several times per day and searching with the site: command usually shows being updated several times per day. IE "www.example.com - 38k - 3 hours ago - ".

    It certainly depends on the page though.

    Submit to Digg and you should be indexed in about 30 minutes. Reddit is another good option.
