Google indexing my site incorrectly

    I have a new site and now I'm wondering why Google is indexing some files under plugins directory such as:

    techtwitz.com/wp-content/plugins
    techtwitz.com/wp-content/plugins/vipers-video-quicktags/resources/tinymce3/
    http://techtwitz.com/wp-content/plu...ags/resources/jw-flv-player/skins/fashion.swf

    In addition, Google doesn't index my latest post until 2 to 3 days, so if I have a latest news, it will not become fresh until it was index.

    By the way, please search the site:techtwitz.com and select the "past week" in the date range to see what I am talking about.

    You need to block any folders off you do not want indexed in your robots file

    Modify your robots file. This will definitely solve your problem.

    see my robots.txt file from my blog (link on my signature) and implement it same way.

    your robots.txt is incorrectly modified.make it block sub folders that u don't want to be indexed
