Google indexing my site but not using the "Meta Description" that I write

    Hello,

    On my blog inspirefusion.com I use All In One SEO Pack and I write Meta Description with each post so that search engines should index it but take a look at the latest post here

    http://www.inspirefusion.com/honey-boo-boo-garbage_portrait/

    Google indexed it but showing the first paragraph in the search result, but I have used this description in the Meta Description.

    Honey Boo Boo's portrait has been created with 25lbs of trash by artist Jason Mecier after spending 50 hours on the larger-than-life portrait.

    Anyone else also facing the same issue?

    Or it means that Google is not accepting or looking for Meta Descriptions anymore?

    Google uses the meta description tag only when there is no more relevant text on the page AFAIK.

    Strange! I am seeing different description, see here
