I have some pages inside in it, ex : sample1 , sample2 html. But it has "rel=nofollow" .

so, the google did not indexed it. But i changed them from no follow to dofollow, so will the google index those pages?
    Please, i need help.

Thank you @ erester. So all the links which were aligned as no follow will index again? Because nearly lots of inner pages are not getting indexed.

there is almost no effect of rel no follow or do follow on indexing so you can use any one as nofollow is just used to not transfer the pr credits to that link as there is indexing problem you need to check your robots.txt file which is located at http://www.example.com/robots.txt if that file is ok than submit your sitemap if already done that than wait as it will take some time and you can arrange some back links from some other sites to that pages to get indexed soon.

exactly said...also check whether you have said 'noindex' to any of the link on that page or universally through meta tags.

They will index them in time. Make sure you don't have a robots.txt file stopping them too. Do some social bookmarking it might help get your home page, or maybe bookmark the inner pages, get crawled again.

Its not guaranteed that they will index all of your pages. Check your logs to see if they are getting hit by bots. If there are errors then something might be wrong.

Google Crawler has nothing to with Nofollow or Dofollow pages while indexing because in Google webmaster both the links are shown.

once you changed it, google will crawl the pages with the dofollow or that have not this property. you must wait some time to take effect.
