Do you mean you created a new website and Google didn't cached it yet? Well, it doesn't happen overnight. Allow a couple of weeks for it.
google indexed and cached my site serveral days ago. But it disappear today. My site got dupliate content, is that a reason?
Google probably didn't update all datacenters. IMHO you have seen results from datacenter and now you see results from another datacenter.
Do you think this is the problem with me? I have a new site as well - no duplicate content or anything. It was indexed on Monday and I could see it fine using site:www.domain.com as well as view its cache. Today, it dissapeared completely yet four other pages of the website became indexed. So now doing site:www.domain.com shows four indexed pages, but *none* of them are the actual www.domain.com page. Earliar this afternoon the main site appeared again under site:www.domain.com for about an hour or two, but now is gone again while the other four indexed pages are still available. Rob
Same thing happened with a new site of mine. It had the home page (index.html) cached. Now a few days later it is no longer cached, but some of the deeper pages are cached. Why would it drop the homepage?
This is normal pattern for new sites. However if this goes on for a longer period, then you may end up in the supplementary index since you say that your site consists of content.
