Google indexed in 5hrs

Not really trying or anything (ok, maybe just a little)..lol. Just thought I would share that I registered my new domain www.AutoForexTrader.info at around 9:41PM CST, it is now 2:45AM and it appears to be Google indexed for me. How did I do it? A few simple ways:

*Added the link to my signature on the 2 forums I post at the most
*Submitted to about 15-20 different social bookmarks
*Wrote a blog post and posted it on about 10 different free blogs

That is probably the quickest I've ever been able to get a site indexed. Funny how I always thought when I could do it in 24hrs then that was pretty fast.

    :)

DP forums are crawled very often so that's why you got indexed that fast. I had the same experience yesterday just by posting here my new website. Got indexed in les than 3 hours.

Good start. Search engines like fresh contents, that's why they use to crawl forums every 15 minutes, same for social bookmarking sites. Directory listing is nearly dead now-a-days. Using proper social bookmarking one can boost his link juice dramatically in very short time. Press release is another means to grow quick. Search engine visibility is highly affected by backlinks.

ps if you're pinging don't do it too much or you'll get ignored/spam flagged... i use maxpressblog ping optimizer to space out/throttle pings. particularly useful if you've got an autoblog or something with high rate of updates/posts.

Good to hear, always like to know people's sites are getting indexed relatively quickly. The social bookmarking probably helped you much more than DP due to the fact of social media is getting updated with fresh content much quicker, however I can't be too sure.

    Good job

You can also get indexed fast with digg. Your submission is indexed in minutes and your site usually shows up within an hour or two.
