Google indexed for some months than deindexed 90% of the pages

    My URL is: printsasia[dot]co[dot]uk

[printsasia[dot]co[dot]uk] . This site was submitted to Google in May 2012 and we got almost all pages of this website indexed. But something happened in between 30th Dec. 2012 -6Jan 2013 90% of the pages got deindexed.

Currently out of 1,221,633 URLs submitted, Indexed URL count is just 36,551

    Some background

We are into books selling business and have 3 sites with ccTLDs running with same code. The countries targeted are USA, UK and Japan.

We are using rel=alternate tag on each page to let Google know about the existence of similar sites that we are running.

The sites are localized for currency, title meta description and even for static page content. But product page or book detail page remains the same except for title and description for all 3 sites.

    The sites are

    printsasia[dot]com - For USA

    printsasia[dot]co[dot]jp - For Japan

Both USA and Japan sites are doing well in Google. Their index counts are absolutely fine

The major problem that we are facing is that of getting our printsasia[dot]co[dot]uk site indexed. We requested for reconsideration and we got a message from Google "No manual spam actions found".

Can someone provide us insight on what can be the reason for the sudden deindexing during Dec-Jan and then no improvements afterwards. ?

    Hi myindiahub,

Create your sitemap file once again and resubmit it into Google webmasters. And check back after few days.

This happened to me multiple times, they always came back in a few days, I think it's just a little bug with large websites.

Are all pages on your website original? If not, you can't expect much love from them.
