to get your new site indexed that too soon, get it bookmarked, place links to places which are constantly crawled. also, you can start a wordpress blog and write a post and between the content you can place a link to your site and your site will be crawled.
if you are referring to the description and title... its just that google hasn't updated its cached copy of your site yet. You need to sort of "hint" google to the fact that you've changed things up. resubmit your sitemap in webmaster tools (make sure the lastchanged date on your homepage is newer than the last time you submitted) then throw a few links at it as well. Social bookmarking sites work well for this. Onlywire lets you submit to several of them at once. also use a ping service link ping.in to let the crawlers know its time for them to revisit. After that you just need to wait. Google will come by and see the update and refresh the description on your site soon

I agree with zidit now just do some social bookmaking work with in days your site will be reindexed and cached
