If I have a blog and as soon as I put fresh content out some spam sites trackback could Google give them credit for my content? I have a few site and the links are good but I want credit for the content. Thanks in advance for your response

I doubt the spam site will get the "unique" factor before yours, you can report this via Google Webmasters Central to be on the safe side.

As long as the spam sites are linking back to your site you will benefit from it.

I wouldn't mind as long as they link back to you. Make sure your feeds always only show excerpts, never full posts.

It's not such a big advantage.
Most of these spam sites are not in the index after a few weeks.

I was annoyed at first when it started happening with mine. However, most of them only have a short part of my post with a link back to my site. Most do not help with much but it did bring my authority up with Technorati. A few of them have also counted in my Google back links. Now I do not worry about it much. Many times they are banned from their host before they even get started.

I suggest you contact google and report to them

    google.com/contact/spamreport.html

Not sure but in case google crawl that site more often then yours, then google will find your content first on that site, instead of yours
