    Hey guy's,

I want to know if I should be concerned about some of the indexing stats about my website.

The last time google bot cached my webpage was on Aug 22. Prior to that, my website was cached every week. I am concerned as to why google has stopped caching my website.

My next question is that: on the webmaster tool, my website estimated pagerank tool says "low". Before it was on Medium and now it is "low". I have not made any changes to the website or have added any new content.

Also, Does it matter where your website is hosted(geographic location) if I am targeting a certain national demographic?

    Thanks in advance

I can only address one of your concerns.

Google loves updated content. I suspect not making changes is what is hurting you. They can be subtle alterations but they count. I have heard that re-saving a file and uploading it counts.
