If you have a domain like googlesucks.com for example. Would google sue you or something.Or for example: googlebook.com
Or something like that, would google do sue you or something, just interested before I buy something :p

Or just over all google in your domain?

If it was me personally I would not even touch that domain. Google has the ability to sue you because they have the trademark to Google.

I don't think that's true. "Google" is a trademark, but "google" is officially a verb for "to search" or something like that, according to Merriam-Webster. I own a domain with the word "google" in it, and since it means "to search" then I'm alright. If nothing else, you could say it means "go ogle"

That word is added to MW dictionary only after people began to use the term Google in synonymous with the word "Search". Definitely Google can take legal action.

If the word is in the dictionary, then it is considered a generic word.
So yes, you can use it in your domain, as long as you don't create the fake impression that you represent Google in any way, like using their logo, their layouts, their color pallette...
As long as you make it different - feel free, imo :)

google generally asks $100000 only as a compensation for using their trademark. Check http://ihategoogle.com/ for the detailed notice.

I wouldn't do it.. its becoming a word but if you were to make a website for the domain my guess is that it would have to do with internet searching and I'm not sure if Google would appreciate that..
