    I am wondering if traffic from Google Images really help me in anyway since the visitors are just coming for the pictures instead of having more chance of clicking an ad.

    It depends if your sole aim is to make money from adsense. You can use a redirect to send people straight to another page rather than show them the image.

    My main revenue for the website is actually through Adsense. So, is redirecting advisable?
