Hey I recently started up http://www.narutowallpapers.co.uk/

I have a few questions about Google Image Search, how long does it take to get image indexed?

What does google think of frame breakers? I mean the user are still going to the wallpaper right?

Any Experiences w/ Google Images Search

Google Image search has a different algo from normal search.
Try searching Images of firefox in Google image search and top ten results don't have any image from any of the official sites of Mozilla.

Did some searching and supposedly it is negative, but one blog said to but the .js file in a folder and restrict it from getting indexed from SE robots.
