Hi, people what do you think about Google images quality? I've found that many people are asking for free images. In fact quite some free image sites exist but it takes time to gather all and only few images are usualy there... Google has an enormous image database. Do you use these images in your site or forum headings? Sometimes you need appropriate image for an article, it doesnt need to be of a great quality, more important is to find them quick and good choice. Any suggestions?
those are just images google has cached from various pages. its generally illegal for you to put those on your site as they are the intellectual property of the site owners. You should look for stock photo sites to find free high quality pictures that you can actually put on your site.
Google image thumbnails are optimized for fast display, naturally they are of poor quality. Also the inlectual property issues are there. Better get the photos from sites like: http://www.sxc.hu/
Is there any general rule about which images are not allowed to copy-paste? I mean, where's no rule stated... Btw, that sxc.hu site is awesome. 1000 photos on each keyword! So far I found only http://Freeimages.com with few photos.
