Check out Google images and you will notice some differences. I think it is a move into web 2.0. I really like the change. What are your thoughts? I have also noticed that the iSERP is different.
Maybe they are just testing it out on a few accounts. Here is a display of the iSERP: When you click the image, the frame is different too. It sort of grays out the website and puts the image in the center of the page. One page of iSERP now contains 16 pages of old iSERP.
Yeah...I noticed that too.... I was used with the old style, but I'm starting to like the new one more....you get to see more results at once
Yeah... Looks good....If they were going to change it, they made the right change. Like they went from Analog to Digital...
so is it like they now allow to view full size image in the popup box without visiting the website it is hosted on as it was in the frame below?
They may not have implemented the changes on the other TLD's as of yet... But I like the new layout...
This is a major improvement IMHO. G has always been behind the times in overall "presentation" of it's products. All products seem to work quite well, but few are very attractive. I'll now use image search much more often.
I do love the way the results look but the serp is way different. I don't rank like I did before for certain search terms...
It's funny how facebook albums changed their look to something similar at around the same time. Don't know who did it first.
