I was wondering, do Google Image Ads Pay Per Click? I am wondering this because yesterday I received 5 clicks to my site at Seriously-Free.com. and received $0. So did Google count these 5 clicks as invalid, or do Image Ads have no Pay Per Click Value?
image ads to pay. but if you got 0 cents for those clicks then it could've been made by the same source.
Image ads are geared more toward sites that receive gobs of impressions, rather than clicks. Though, even with a forum site that I have, tons of impressions have never done well for me, and payment for clicks is pathetically low in every case. Gave up on them entirely for those reasons. Your mileage may vary.
Do they usually pay less that $0.02, because that is what I have been getting, I'm thinking about disabling them all together.
For content based adsense, I always create ad units to display text only because they usually have a higher CTR. For this reason, I don't know about them paying less per click. I am confident though that in most cases, you are better off with text only.
you might have illegal clicks , image ads pay cpm while some are cpc but whatever the case they are low paying
Alright, well thanks to everyone for the input, I've about has it with receiving 2 or 3 clicks and earning $0.00, until I'm earning enough traffic to make decent money with CPM, I'll just use the Text Link Ads Google Provides.
