HMm firstly try update Your site qith quality content prety often... Try get some relevant links .... start bookmark your site to social network sites... And slowly build quality baclinks !!! And last advice.. BE PATIENT !
There's a few things you could try. First of all you need relevant content and if possible keep it updated regularly. Once you've started building the content as linkmanager suggested you could use the social bookmarking sites to link back to your site. Another approach you could take is to submit articles to places like ezinearticles, goarticles containing backlinks to your site in the author bio box. You could also build pages at squidoo and hubpages linking back to your site. As for targetting keywords, I would do some research using the keyword tool here and try to identify at least one relevant search phrase that gets plenty of searches but not too much competition in the search engine results pages. If you can find more then even better.

u must kickstart your forum. in the section services-> content creation you will find some ppl that do forum posting for about 0,10$ or more a post. you will need more posts so google can index it and u can compete for good keywords (the posts must be relevant to your niche and contain text with lot of your keywords). Look for good forum posters with experience in business related terms as your niche is about.
