Does anyone else find it hypocritic how the terms 'Yahoo' and 'Overture' are not blacklisted from being used in Google Adwords? I'm wlling to bet my life on it that those terms are trademarked just like 'Google'

If Yahoo doesn't want the word Yahoo used in AdWords they can follow the same steps as any other TM holder.

Yes, very true - most of the trademark keywords are blacklisted by TM holder request.
