Google how to verify my site properly?

    Good day, i have a problem, i cant verify my sites with google webmaster tools,
    it always says - 403 Error or server timeout, but my site is running well and it has no problem with that.

    the both methods - meta tag and html file upload, doesnt work (but i have properly install both of them)... why?

    pls help

    maybe you are having IP problems or nameserver errors

    i had the same problem temporarily when i was hosted on godaddy for a while i could not verify....
    Who are you hosted with and are they having any long delays or server problems?

    Check with your host to see if they're throttling search engine spiders...

    You must put analytics code on each page of your website without it Google analytics can't work.
