A lot of blog comments turn nofollow on, and Google said they are not following links with nofollow, but some seo observer said that is not completely true as they notice there are still certain degree of value being passed on...

So, that means you'll have to test it yourself to see if it works for you.

 

ok if i see my links in the google cached text despite being blogger use nofollow command, What is that mean that google is giving the importance to my links. Will i get PR weight or get improvement in serps ranking to my link from that page?

Blog Comments will help you yes, you just need to find the blogs that DO follow links.

 

you can change the no follow attribute from your posers, i just cant remember how, but i have done this.

 

Add your website link in the comment box instead of the url box and then its not nofollow

 

It can be one way but the majority of blogs are supervised by the owners and they can delete the Urls.
