    I want to know,
    If my site is article bass , so i want to past any other Author`s articles , i can past the Author details and e-mail of the Author ,
    end of the article..
    any google restriction...

    Did you mean "Paste" or "Post"?
    Nope, in either case, no Google Restriction. But, you might fall into penalty for duplicate content.
    And, if the Article is copyright protected, the author might not let you post the whole article.

    I don't think that will give you any benefit SEO wise.

    I think google doesn't care about duplicate content.
    The duplicate content just gives no SEO value.

    Duplicate contents do not necessarily are equivalent to penalties as they might simply get devalued and discounted by Google.
