Well i found that google Policies actually dont have any kind of application. google ban the website they like and allow the others. about 2 months back i have website which allow users to download latest Songs of bollywood, etc.. and movie reviews. google banned me because they told me its against their policies. But when i replied that other sites are using it, i am not talking about small one's so google never able to track them, i am talking about the website getting over 50k visitors a day. Examples http://apniisp.com http://songs.pk These are just 2 examples there are many others. i just quote because those websites are really very popular. see Alexa But google Replied "We cant disclose the Relation with other partners" What the hell is this. if that thing gonna come then why the hell they make the policies. My website which was ban gets over 20K Uniques a day. but they banned me. but if the website getting good visitors and giving them good revenue they are not going to block it. Also i am watching those websites from the start. The songs.pk first got banned by google about 1 and half year back. and in those 1 and half year it came up very fast on the top and now google allowed them again. The google TOS clearly says you can't have warez or they will ban you. You were using adsense on a warez site and you deserve the ban. For all you know the other site could have permission from the copyright owners to have the song up.
Actually Songs.pk , ApniISP.com, Folsol.com, Funmaza.com All sites started showing Google Ads when they sent an email about 3rd Party as i Noticed
IF your site is giving good revenue to google, they will never ban you, yeah sure, even for illegal. Google is only ruling, because no other good competitor is there, Thats why, they are doing whatever they want.
Wrong. Google will not allow ads on a warez site even if it is making good money because it will piss off their advertisers and might get them sued.
Agree. And there isn't much to talk about this issue. IF op wants to talk about people getting adsense bans WITHOUT reason, then we can discuss it...
Life isn't fair. Google will enforce their policy in any manner they see fit. You are wasting your time trying to find all the other violators and turn them in. Time to move on.
