Google has Updated Back Link further : Oct 12 08

    Hi DP Members,

    I would like to share with all of you that, Today I have noticed, Google has further updated BL of all 15 websites belongs to me. Most of my website gets lower BL then last update.

    Has anybody checked it? Please update your experience of Back link if possible.

    where you check that ?? , i get diff. back links from diff. source :(

    I have a custom tracking tool for my article submission service.

    Didn't notice much changes here...

    No change in my google backlink results, but the last time google crawled my site was the 11th, so lets see if anything changes on the next crawl (usually every 2-3 days).

    Are you using google webmaster tools to check backlinks?

    google webmaster tools is the official method to check backlinks.

    Yes, there was surely an update.
    All my site's backlinks decreased.

    I see many people who have their site's backlinks updated. However, I see no changes for my sites. May be google has decided not to change backlinks for my sites :)

    my back links updated when you do link:, i have more back links now but I think that is just a sample of backlinks I use site explorer to see all my backlinks

    mine have updated a few times this week. As of yesterday I lost about 35% of my backlinks :(

    it's the ones the Google considers valid.

    Google pretty much always has a lower count of any websites backlinks than all other ranking authorities.

    and Google's links are the only links that count towards Googles Paegerank if that matters to you.
