Google has just indexed my site, but adsense still doesn't show up, why?

Discussion in 'AdSense' started by owntype, Nov 18, 2006.

Hi, my site didn't show adsenses ads, I checked the threads here, someone said if the site haven't been indexed by google, adsense won't show up.

Yesterday, my site has been indexed by Google, 34 index result.

However, the ads still doesn't show up, no ads, no blank ad, no free ad, nothing. But when I put the same page on the other website of mine, it works fine...

So, whats the problem? or should I wait for a while?

    Thx

Man that's a lot! Maybe it's time for a new host. You can't make money if your site won't load.

I don't see your site either... However as a suggestion, you might want to check the content of your website. Make sure you have plenty of information about whatever your product is. For example, if your site simply says "The greatest product in the world!" and has a lot of graphics, Google may have no idea what it is you are trying to sell, therefore it may not know what ads would be best for you site. Also, I've noticed that if there is too many of the same word on a page, Google seems to not like that either.

Best of luck to you and your site!

Take a look at this DNS report for your site. You might want to investigate the failure report on your nameservers. I'm not smart enough about that sort of thing to know if that's your problem but it might be.

You have a funky </d> markup right after the adsense code that might be it...

try and set up a page with nothing but the adsense code so you can rule out that any of the other code is interfering with the adsense javascript

Being indexed in google has nothing to do with ads showing up or not.
Check your adsense code. Get a fresh one from adsense and this time use the complete code.
Maybe even the site are banned from adsense.

    That is not true.

Probably this site is banned or maybe the whole account also.

How could he not know if the account is banned? Send the adsense team an email and ask if the site is banned. If it is banned tell them that you bought the site and are the new owner and that you will put adsense ads in compliance to their TOS.
