My friend has mail me that his account has been baned by google

Google claims that they did it because of fraud clicks

He told me he is not involved in any illegal activity

he has just made 35 $ in a month and the ctr is 3.5 %

He told me that it may be possible that any other webmaster has done it.

Because adsense code is visible so any one can served it on illegal pages.

he has mail google about it.

Tell me what should a person do if he face such type of situation

    thanx

No SEBasic, you have it all wrong.

It wasn't HIS account, it was a "friends" account

    LOL

Seriously? You post the thread that SE linked to and then come back with 'my friends account has been banned'... are you serious?

Listen, you cheated. You got caught and now all you can do is clean up any mess you have made and move on. You can try to reapply, but judging by your willingness to not listen to the good advice given to you in you 'prefraud' days, you are going to a) be rejected or b) get accepted and then do it again.

    Some people never learn....

I think anyone who has been banned from AdSense should have a little asterisk beside their name on the board ;)

And the $35 (+) you stole off us AdWords advertisers should be compensated for somehow as well. You can make a donation to Shawn's server fund as a gesture of goodwill...

I have a 'friend' too - he's really pissed off at idiots who try to scam the system or who don't have the brains to read the guidelines for the programs that they use - and then when they get held to account come onto forums and whinge and whine about why they've been banned.

I'm wondering what my 'friend' should do?

I think our friend has been whipped enough now. Look on the bright side, at least Google just closed the account. If I were google, I would ban the domain!

Remember you have to furnish social security number. We can change e-mail address but social security number is for life.

You can give them an EIN number actually, so in theory, if you really wanted to badly enough, you could sign up again. But, I am sure that most of the "kiddies" that are having a blast clicking their buddies ads don't know what one is or how to get one.

A LOT of people are getting thrown off Adsense for alleged fraudulant clicks. I know quite a few and most of them have no idea how anyone could have clicked fraudulantly..furthermore Google doesn't tell you either. The best part for them is that they get to keep the money you have earned...they don't call it stealing your traffic but thats what it amounts to. Found this interesting site about people who have been ripped off..might be worth a read.
