The guy is delusional. He has no case. It is a non-story. It has absolutely nothing to do with google's stock price. It's obvious that no attorney is interested in it. I can't understand why he is unemployed....lol.
You dont get it just cos you passed interviews doesnt mean they have to hire you, just cos you get a degree from uni doenst mean your going to be the next richard branson and what proof do you have they looked into your search history? and even if they did so what its there data they can if they want and if they did fair enough if they didnt hire you cos of what your searching surprisingly companies tend not to hire people who are going to kill them selves in a week you've committed social suicide in this thread so go away
Well, am sure if you carry on and make a few hundred more posts in this thread, a responsible googler might spot you and google headquarters you go

Google's lawyer in Israel, Shira Shriber, Sent me a letter in which it was written that they had a look at my personal information (search history and gmails). Anyway, this is OLD NEWS here in Israel, so take my word for it. It is legal and obvious that Google looks at it, but there was not supposed to be a written proof for that they actually do it. An yes, Google, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, hires anyone who passed the interviews succesfully (I was told that), as long as he is not menatlly ill.
