I think it is the first time in history that they reject someone purely because of his search habits. I was already introduced to my propective project manager, Yoah Bar David from Google docs, and he even told me some of their stupid secrets. So Google REALLY screwed up.

...and some finesse in your words would not harm, metros. The guy has mild mental issues and is just frustrated. He's only looking for a way to evacuate.

Yes, traaa, all that happened is bad bad bAd. But bad things happen to good people everyday. You just have to learn and move on.

Yossi Matias is in no way an idiot, or else there're be no way he'd be a manager at Google. He might probably be called a bad interviewer, but not an idiot.

The only idiot here is the person who spent hours writing and whining on this dodo sitecom.

Maybe they rejected you, because you can't spell or design. Look at the webpage you put up. Even the API for the IP Trace was setup wrong. Did you even proof read any of the webpages, emails, or letters you sent to them?

Also, your wrote that you would be angry? Why? That is showing that you have anger issues.

Period period period isn't professional. What is this word? "beaucratical". Are you foreign and a non native English writer? Reading over your website, I can tell.

Being angry at someone is not "cinicism". "cinicism" isn't a word.

If you ask me reading over the correspondence I would say you can't spell, make up fake words, and do not proof read what your write. You are stuck in the IM world of talk now and no patience. I would hate to see you code anything if you don't have time to even proof read what you write. Debugging requires a lot of time and patience. Also, further more if the website is proof of your skills. I would say it is seriously lacking.

This website will only prove to be a sore thumb that shows how ignorant you are to the fact that they just didn't want you. Also, it will provide a good piece of information for anyone looking to hire you in the future. Do they really want to lye down with a dog that bites?

How can you be in the closet if you openly admit your gay? As you have done on your stage6 account.

Also, your resume is unprofessional. You should have hired a service that does resumes for you.

    Really you said spread sh*ts?

Your showing you do not have any idea what they are talking about. A copy and paste routine would have to be carried out on the clients side of the application through some form of javascript or ajax processing. You have javascript on your resume you should have known this. Server side, What were you thinking?

One last thing. You used the google logo on the home page of your website. That logo has a copyright and you gave them a way to sue you. Just thought I would let you know.

It was not a formal question in the interview, Yossi simply introduced me to Yoah and Itai and we had a little chat. They suggested to do it using the Google toolbar, which also does not make much sense. I thought that when you copy something, a version of it will be saved on the server, for future use. And I live in Isreal, I speack hebrew, and I have a mild form of dyslexia, and this is the reason for all the spelling mistakes. And I don't have anger problems. Google kept me waiting 7.5 months, even though I only had 5 interviews! And Google can reject gay people that are in the closet, becasue gay people search for gay porn, even if they don't admit it to anyone.
And it is legal, and the moral obligation for Google to look at the iGoogle search history of the candidate. It does not make any sense that they hire people that searched for pedofile/suicidal content, for example.

Uhm, that is bold to speak for a whole demographic like that. Stereotyping a group of people, great thing to win over people to your cause. That is like saying, all black people love chicken, just because they are black. Or all white people are racist bigots, because they are white.

So, you just basically said you it's the moral obligation for google to look at the search results. You don't care about privacy laws. Uhm, I think you are just misguided, because in your arguments you said they looked at your search results in iGoogle and judged you based on that. Do you have a double standard?

Do not be so naive. Any interaction in an INTERVIEW is a formal question that can be used against you.

Yes it does the google toolbar in firefox is based on javascript, xml, and other various CLIENT side technology. Yes, does some server side things, but the firefox plugin' itself is basically one big javascript application with extra privileges gave to it. The problem with copy/paste in firefox is that firefox limits access to the clipboard. I don't think you know much about javascript then. It does show you do not understand about client side scripting and server side scripting. I am not going into more about it, but it was and wasn't a good idea. Just say the user would have to have the toolbar installed for it to work and how many people that use iGoogle have the toolbar installed. Plus, it brings up the question of XSS and if google would allow that to be done with their toolbar. Also, if they did do it that way it would open it up to hacker attempts at the clipboard contents.

I think you should just take it like a man and move on. Don't be a silly pussy and whine about it.
