Google has admitted one of its best kept secrets

Yossi Matias, the head of Google Tel Aviv in Isreal, hired a person that his search history
suggests a severe mental illness. Since Google had to reject the candidate eventually, for
no reason, Google has essentially admitted, for the fisrt time in history, that it looks at the search history of the candidates. This was supposed to be a secret, i.e something that is legal and obvious, but that does not have a written proof. Now it has one, and this is one of the biggest scandals in history.

Who cares about Google's hiring process or if they review his or your search history, guess what it's public information to Google. If you use their free service you agree to their terms of services and data collection practices. Don't like it? Don't use Google.

Ask any lawyer, and he will tell you that Google was not supposed to admit that. Now that there is a written proof that they do it, their interview process has became illegal, and that is one big issue!!!
My mental health condition has nothing to do with that.

***yawn*** Certainly NOT one of the "biggest scandals in history." Good luck on finding an attorney who will take this case without a major retainer.

It's not like I'm going to be reach, but the fact that Google has admitted something that is supposed to be a secret, has many negative legal implications to Google, so they are going to face a very big embrassment.
And all the lawyers that I've talked to agree with me.
Show the web site doodoos.com to a lawyer, and he will tell you that Google is indeed in trouble.

Yes, I'm sure Google's multi-million dollar legal team will be defeated by some lawyers from doodoos.com ;)

They already admitted a secret. Even the company with the best lawyers in the world could not explain how Yossi Matias, the head of Google Israel, hired a person suspected to be menatlly ill. Well, he is an idiot, like most Israelies, I guess..

But Google is an american company, and Yossi Matias broke all of the rules that Googles lawyers from the USA have built so carefully. Well, he is Israeli, and we are all idiots.

He broke the rules of Google's guide to the interviewer, that was written by Google's best lawyers, so he ended up hiring somone suspected to be menatlly ill. So now Googl'es lawyers are in big probles. In my web site, doodoos.com, you can find a rough version of their interviewer guide. It is very interestiong by itelf:

"# They ask you really hard questions, and say it is because they are interested in your "thought process".

    # They ask for a references list, and call each person there. "

You have a problem with this? hahahaha.

Your site is a joke and you obviously have more important issues that need to be addressed. Wrap your head in tinfoil and move on to spamming some other site.... and remember, google earth is watching you right now.

It is indeed so. Ask anyone that works at Google and he will tell you that the guide is more or less accurate. But Yossi Matias did not bother to ask for my permission to talk with my previous employers, so I can assume he did not talk to them.
He essentailly broke every possible rule in their interviewer guide.

    Hey,
traaa - do you have some thing personal against this "Yossi Matias" ??
He did what he wanted to do as he is the manager or what ever, Israel as some one comment here, have it own rules and lows - so stop winning and stop spam with those weird sites.

He is a manager that works at Google, and he broke Google's laws and by this he forced Google to admit its best kept secret. I have nothing against him, I just say he is an idiot. i'lll have to guess that he is not very popular among Googlers too.
