google going mad and making others mad with approval process!!

i applied for adsense the first mail came saying congratulation you have been approved for adsense and after few minutes another mail came sorry we dissapprove here is the copy paste version below...........can someone explain me what should i do now.

Clearly, they want you to post unique content on your site. Do it and then apply again.

 

what is the age of your blog/website ? Have you submitted your site in Google webmaster tool
