I was recently accepted into the Gmail for Domains Beta Program. It seems to be pretty similar to the Gmail with @gmail.com. If you haven't applied to the beta yet, keep in mind that I applied about a month ago and only got accepted today. I've only been given 20 addresses. Here's an article about the Gmail for Domains program on my Blog, complete with plenty of screenshots (hardlink). Have any of you had any experience with this new beta as well? What do you think?
I said I needed 20 accounts just in case I needed to add on. I don't have too many users but I do have a bunch of addresses that forward to other people's emails and I'm still not clear how that ties into the gmail for domains product.
Hey Guys, I just received an e-mail that said... Anybody else in this beta testing? Anyways it is for ThirdSquare.com, and I will finish setting it up later today or tomorrow... Currently I'm not quite sure if there is restrictions or something on the amount of accounts so I will just be giving out accounts to members of our forum with some posts... So if you want a email@thirdsquare.com just post here your username on the ThirdSquare forums, I would like to keep this limited but would like to test out the full capabilities of the program, so please help me out...
can you have different limit of space for users? (it looks like you only have the 2GB, just wondering)
I dont really know right no, I think they gave me 100 accounts to give out tho, about the testing I heard that I could modify the style of the interface and some stuff like that, I will playaround with it and get back to you...
Yeah I think I asked for 100 thought it was appropriate because they give 20 invites to regualar members... Where can I check?
LOL sure that would give me 3 on gmail and 1 with you and when I get mine for my sites I will have another one, but sure contact me.
ya i noticed the payment statement too i was under the impression this isnt for ur site members, but more for internal accounts
if you asked to test with a domain and you get the opportunity, can you use a different domain than the one you originally wanted to test?
