Google Glitch Exposed!!!! Get To #1 In Only 1 Night!!! This Is Real!!!!

I can't see evidence on this thread of any glitch that's being exploited. If anything, Google is under the impression that one of the companies is named "Boston Condo Sales" and is bringing them up in the local business directory for that term. In that case, it only shows one company on the map, with the link to their site right next to it. Definitely not a glitch.
Also, as already pointed out, I couldn't find any sites at the top of this page that didn't deserve to be there. Domain names are all old, all of them have decent backlinks, and Google is caching all of them quickly, which they wouldn't do on a site with no reputation.
If there's a glitch, I'd be curious to know hear about it, but I wouldn't ever use it. Black hat is getting harder and harder all the time. I don't even know why people do it anymore, because if you would just invest the time it takes to get a site to the top using legitimate techniques you'd stay up at the top rather than getting banned and having to start new sites all the time. I've read up on a lot of black hat techniques and they're definitely not as easy as everyone thinks.
Don't waste your time on glitches and black hat. The wise man would say: Follow the straight and narrow SEO path and you will be richly rewarded.

Even if there wasn't a glitch, the site has got a lot of exposure from posts/threads like this one, quite a neat idea!

It's just listed in Google Local Business Center, and Google decided to add map listings in the SERP's !!!

 

This won't take long to get spammed out.
