Google get sued by running misleading ads

Do you think will Google held liable for this case?

 

we'll see if they can beat google.. those are glitches i guess coz it's a new initiative..

 

google are not responsible for this i guess..

 

They can't be touched, they are extreemly big and to be fair it wouldn't affect them in the slightest if they did get sued.

Google has settled out of court on plenty of these cases and will continue to do so as its cheaper then letting someone set precedent in court.

 

No Google will not be held liable for this as they say only content related ads will be displayed and not the other way around..

 

Doesn't Google has the full support of the US government? And in exchange they provide information?
Nobody can touch Google.
