    from last 9 month Google has been forgot Page Rank Update. why is Google delay in this year.

    Google has any changes in PR Updates

    I think your links have not got any PR in this last 9 months thats why you have no idea about the last PR updates. I am not sure but the last PR updates was in the month of July or august.

    But i saw changes in PR in August.

    9 months? where do you get this information?
    just according to your own site, it might just due to your own site have same PR, not mean that it not updated
