Selling Google First SERP! Geo Targetted Profession!

I have the following domain:

This term is currently ranking bellow google map for Coquitlam attorneys and bellow the google map as well for coquitlam attorney! It's the first term Under the Map!

This is ranking first for google currently and would be great for potential end user so you can make some big profit reselling it.

Coquitlam is a relatively large city near Vancouver in BC and Attorneys is a profession.

There are about 30+ law offices in coquitlam and port Coquitlam areas alone which you contact not to mention since Coquitlam is very near burnaby, pitt meadows, and even relatively close to vancouver. That means law officies in those areas could be interested in this domain as well.

This means a potentially interested 100+ end users which can create a bidding war. I'm just too lazy to write out 25+ emails so I'm just selling it off cheap for someone else to do the other part.

All I want for this is just $50.

Just a note this was recently registered at name cheap about a month ago thus I can only push to name cheap accounts but it's free to create a name cheap account.

They also offer free whois guard for all current purchases! I believe I might be able to transfer the whois guard with the domain but I'm not completely sure.
