did u check if the exact keyword is in the title, h1 tag, in the description and atleast 2- 3 times in the content? try targeting only 1 or 2 keywords per page and continue forum profiles with the exact keyword, and ping those profile links and book mark those profile links ul definitly move up
Have you done any black-hat type marketing strategies that you could be penalized for? Do each of your sites get new unique content posted to them regularly? There's just not enough information in your post to really know why but there is obviously something that G knows.
If some of your sites are 3 years old and then they all dropped to the 5th page, then you definelty have been given a penalty.. What you have is a -50 penalty.. Not the sandbox. This penalty could be for a number of reasons.. Changing you whois information, hosting or IP Address is going to have no effect. You have to deal with the problem at hand. 1. Do you use 100% unique content on your sites? 2. Did you purchase any links for your sites? 3. Did you submit your site to any mass articles sites or bookmarking sites? 4. Did you engage in building mass links with spun content? 5. Do you have Adsense plastered all over your site? 6. Do you sell any text links on any of your sites? Once you find out what caused the penalty, you need to fix it up and then file a reinclusion request.. Answer the questions above and I'll help you get to the root of the problem.
