No-one will answer seriously now because it has been answered already. Google eye is Google Street Maps. If you don't know what it is, Google it or look through Google's list of applications (main page -> menu -> more).
there is no such thing called "google eye." google's eye in the sky is called google earth. there are multiple individuals who got creative and used the google trademark to register domain names in violation of US trademark and ICAN policy such as googleeye.com, googleeye.net etc but those sites do not have anything to do with google. googleeye.com was taken over by google from individual registrant and now DNS points to google inc. however, since there is no such thing called google eye, the site is blank and parked. googleeye.net is still operating by individual registrant using google map but that site is soon to be gone and taken over by google as the site was registered using google trademark in the domain. all google has to do is to file a UDRP complaint and they own the domain.
